Order Management: Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor order progress and communicate updates to clients. 6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. 7.
