We are seeking a proactive and strategic Presales Consultant with exceptional account research and mining skills to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will collaborate closely with account teams, delivery teams, and competency groups to drive innovation, propose new use cases, respond to RFPs, and help grow business with existing customers. As a consultant, you will be expected to take initiative, build strong client relationships, and create a push effect for sales growth through innovative solution offerings. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough research of assigned accounts, identifying business challenges, industry trends, and potential areas for growth. You will engage in account mining to uncover new opportunities within existing customer accounts by understanding their current and future needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for bringing proactive and innovative ideas to the account teams and customers to pitch new use cases and solutions. You will collaborate regularly with internal teams to brainstorm and propose customer-centric solutions that enhance business value. As a Presales Consultant, you will develop and pitch new use cases that align with customer pain points and industry trends, focusing on solving critical challenges. You will also lead the creation of responses to RFPs, working closely with technical and business teams to develop competitive, tailored solutions. Furthermore, you will foster strong collaboration between sales, delivery, and competency teams to ensure that solution proposals are executable and aligned with the customer's long-term vision. To be successful in this role, you must have 7-10 years of experience in a presales role, with a focus on account research, account mining, and solution development. You should possess strong knowledge of technology solutions and industry trends, as well as demonstrated success in driving growth within key accounts through innovative ideas and proactive sales strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external customers.,
