Role & responsibilities Manage sales process from enquiry to delivery Process orders, follow up payments and dispatch schedules Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents and communicating relevant information Coordinate with customers preparing quotations and proformas Preparation of Sales proposals, contracts and agreements Coordination with factory for timely and accurately preparation of order as per clients requirement. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through prompt service and support Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events. Prepare and manage monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on sales forecasts and order confirmations. Sometimes travel to meet clients (only 10% part of job) Key skills Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus Previous experience into plastic company Good computer skills (MS Office) Strong calculations (Simple Maths) Someone staying in Central Line (Around Mulund, Thane) Attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English Communication should be excellent) A team player with high level of dedication
