Role Overview: As a Travel Sales Consultant for this full-time on-site role, you will be tasked with managing travel arrangements, providing customer service, making reservations, and offering travel consulting services to clients, focusing on the US market. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound US calls and converting them into sales, particularly for flight bookings. Additionally, you will be expected to sell flight tickets on Campaign calls, demonstrate proficiency in PPC calls, manage date changes, refunds, and schedule adjustments, as well as liaise with airlines to secure waivers for refunds or changes. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound US calls and convert them into sales, with a focus on flight bookings - Sell flight tickets on Campaign calls - Demonstrate expertise in PPC calls - Manage date changes, refunds, and schedule adjustments - Interact with airlines to secure waivers for refunds/changes Qualifications Required: - 1-4 years of experience in handling PPC calls for flight, cruise, and car rental bookings - Proficient in International Flight fare knowledge - Good geographical knowledge including city codes, airport codes, etc. - Familiarity with the PPC travel sales process Additional Details: This role also entails night shifts with a 5-day workweek and rotational offs, along with the opportunity for unlimited incentives.
