Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM). Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with data analytics tools is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
