Keep detailed records of sales activities and manage customer relationships using CRM software. Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting pricing guidelines and sales targets. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our software's value. Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to improve your sales skills and stay informed about the market. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address customer needs. Motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to thrive in a dynamic sales environment. Excited about technology and eager to learn about software solutions. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM software (good to have). Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required. Perks if eligible for Remote Working: Flexibility to work from anywhere for specified regions.
