Job summary: The Sales Planner will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights to the company. The Sales Planner will be working closely with the sales team daily to understand and improve the sales process and make sure the sales team follows the operational guidelines properly. Responsibilities: Work on new launches in collaboration with Sales, Legal, Marketing and Architecture teams. Create detailed project launch presentations. Standardize and constantly improve organizational sales processes. Roll out sales policies on a periodic basis for allotted projects and teams. Data reconciliation and preparing reports on a regular basis. Building reports and dashboards in Salesforce for the sales team. Coordinating and resolving the sales issues on a daily basis. Booking approvals as per organizational guidelines. Requirements: Any graduate with an MBA is preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate. Knowledge of Excel and Power point is a must. Experience in the Salesforce is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different departments within the company. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
