Sales/ parts coordinator

A Royal Enfield Sales/Parts Coordinator manages parts inventory, supports sales targets, assists customers with genuine parts/accessories, maintains the parts department's organization, and ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating orders and stock, often blending showroom sales of gear/apparel with technical parts knowledge, driving revenue, and ensuring efficient operations within a dealership or regional setup. Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Operations: Manage spare parts, lubricants, accessories; monitor stock levels, arrange warehouse, ensure cleanliness, and handle order processing.
• Sales & Targets: Achieve daily/monthly sales goals for parts and gear, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Customer Engagement: Assist walk-in customers, guide them through purchases, handle data entry, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Dealer/Distributor Support: Support channel partners (distributors/retailers) in achieving targets and maintaining operations.
• Reporting: Update managers on stock, sales trends, and restocking needs.

Essential Skills:

• Product Knowledge: Understanding of Royal Enfield motorcycles, genuine parts, and accessories.
• Sales Acumen: Ability to meet targets and upsell.
• Organization: Strong inventory and warehouse management skills.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical: Basic MS Office proficiency.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
