Roles & Responsibilities: Cold-call prospective clients and introduce our Recruitments services & convert them in Leads. Identify potential clients and set up Virtual OR F2F appointments. Follow up with leads through phone and email, WhatsApp. Reach and exceed daily, weekly & monthly targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales and leads generated. Collaborate with the Seniors to develop new strategies for lead generation Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the sales process Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments Required Skills Interest & comfort with telemarketing and cold calling & a passion for sales & success. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Have own laptop with a high-speed internet connection.
