Sales Online Executive

As a MTCNG VIC, you will be responsible for receiving and processing online orders through various channels such as websites, mobile apps, and in-person interactions. Your main focus will be to monitor and ensure the completion of orders according to guidelines, providing the best experience for customers. Your duties will include confirming and processing orders, coordinating with delivery partners to ensure timely and quality deliveries, understanding products to provide customer support when needed, and addressing any issues or feedback related to orders and delivery services to maintain customer satisfaction and enhance the overall experience. Requirements: - 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service or related fields is preferred. - Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to listen. - Ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively. - Passion for customer care and satisfaction. - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
