Sales Officer

You will be joining Ruchak Indian Snacks as a Sales Officer in Dhenkanal. Your role will involve various responsibilities including customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales activities. As a Sales Officer, you will be tasked with creating FMCG distributors, contacting potential customers, presenting our products, and assisting them in their purchase decisions. Your qualifications will include making both cold and warm calls to potential leads, arranging and conducting calls with customers, sourcing new leads through diverse channels, identifying sales prospects, achieving monthly sales targets, and documenting all activities in our official mobile application. It will be crucial for you to maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer lifetime value, devise effective sales strategies, and keep track of all appointments, sales, and reports for review by the manager. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, a drive for sales results, proficiency in sales applications, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
