Job Description

As an experienced professional in the OTC/FMCG industry, your role in the Consumer Products Division's Sales Department will involve handling primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory. Your main responsibility will be to increase sales with retailers/wholesalers by effectively managing distributors. It is crucial to continuously explore and implement strategies to identify growth opportunities and develop your team to achieve daily POB targets. Key Responsibilities: - Increase sales with retailers/wholesalers by managing distributors - Develop and implement strategies to build opportunities - Drive team to achieve daily POB targets Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in OTC/FMCG industry - Hands-on experience in handling distributors and subordinates As you collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Sales Development, as well as external stakeholders including Retailers, Wholesalers, Distributors, and Key Accounts customers, your effective persuasive skills and numerical understanding will be essential. Your good communication skills, team development capabilities, planning and execution proficiency, stakeholder management expertise, and ability to adopt and embed technology will contribute to your success in this role. Please note that the role directly reports to the Area Business Manager.,
