Sales Officer - LAP

As a Sales Officer specializing in Loans Sourcing, your main responsibility will be to source the right set of Loan Against Property (LAP) cases from various channels such as the open market (DSA), Cross Channel, and Direct cases in order to achieve the budgeted volumes. It will be crucial for you to retain and expand the company's customer base for mortgage loans and LAP by working closely with sourcing partners like Connectors, Referral Partners, and Banks. Additionally, you will need to collaborate with the Credit team to manage the documentation and underwriting process necessary for the sanction of cases. Your role will also involve driving business growth by acquiring new customers in your designated region, with a particular focus on enhancing affordability and reaching targets effectively. To excel in this position, you should have a solid understanding of Consumer Asset products, experience in managing senior business roles within a financial institution, and possess qualities such as self-motivation, numerical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage Loan sales within MFI/NBFC/Banking sectors. A minimum educational qualification of Intermediate or Any Graduate is required for this position. The salary offered ranges from 16,000/- to 18,000/- along with GS Incentives, which are dependent on your experience.
