Karuna Group is looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive sales and market growth for Titan Wearables across Kolkata. If you are passionate about smart devices, retail sales, and relationship management—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets for Titan smart wearables
• Manage retailer and distributor relationships across Kolkata
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail points
• Conduct market visits, competitor tracking & reporting
• Train retail staff and conduct product demos
• Maintain DSR, market feedback, and stock reports

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (Wearables, Consumer Electronics, FMCG preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Kolkata retail markets is a plus
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel
• Basic understanding of smart wearables/tech gadgets

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
