Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling, coordinating, communicating with people at site as well as customers for their requirements
Accountable for task assigned related to sales/marketing, business development & Project management Activities of API been assigned
Handling customer query related to technical documentation and follow up with concern internal teams
Checking with plant about the dispatch schedule and material release and update it to customer on timely manner
Following up with logistics for the shipping documentation and share documents with customer.
Checking & verifying the sales order effectiveness after new PO released from customer
Checking the payment status with finance team and follow up with customer
Creating sales reports & keeping regular updates of sales/ order records
Looking after key customers as a secondary sales support
hands on experience of SAP

Preferred candidate profile

2-4 years of experience into sales support for regulated market
Education : Any Graduate with relevant experience or Preferably BSc / M.Sc /B. Pharma
Job location: Worli Gandhinagar, Mumbai
Good customer service skills in terms of communication
