Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handling, coordinating, communicating with people at site as well as customers for their requirements

  • Accountable for task assigned related to sales/marketing, business development & Project management Activities of API been assigned

  • Handling customer query related to technical documentation and follow up with concern internal teams

  • Checking with plant about the dispatch schedule and material release and update it to customer on timely manner

  • Following up with logistics for the shipping documentation and share documents with customer.

  • Checking & verifying the sales order effectiveness after new PO released from customer

  • Checking the payment status with finance team and follow up with customer

  • Creating sales reports & keeping regular updates of sales/ order records

  • Looking after key customers as a secondary sales support

  • hands on experience of SAP

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-4 years of experience into sales support for regulated market

  • Education : Any Graduate with relevant experience or Preferably BSc / M.Sc /B. Pharma

  • Job location: Worli Gandhinagar, Mumbai

  • Good customer service skills in terms of communication
