Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities Requirements Experience attracting new users from beauty stores, salons, spas, and cosmetic counters. 3+ years in business development within the beauty, skincare, or haircare industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strong B2B sales knowledge. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for diverse client engagement. Proficient in market research and analysis for identifying opportunities.
