Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Promote and sell agrochemical products to retailers, distributors, and farmers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Market Development:
  • Conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings to increase product awareness.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users (farmers).
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Territory Management:
  • Plan and manage sales routes and schedules effectively.
  • Maintain data on sales, collections, and customer profiles for assigned areas.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain records of stock, collections, and outstanding payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:

  • Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
