• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of home loan products and mortgage processes
• Field sales experience (preferred)
• Customer-centric approach
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)

Principal Accountabilities-

1. Identify sourcing contacts and network with such contacts for referral of leads from the following sources
2. Officials in the Town Planning office / Panchayat Offices
3. Small builders and contractors
4. Civil Engineers / Planners / Draftsmen
5. Hardware stores, dealers of building and construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, sand etc.
6. Local Masons / petty contractors
7. Real estate and land developers
8. Real estate brokers
9. Officials in the sub-registrar office etc.
10. Propagate our company and the schemes in all commercial, industrial, educational, service establishments and do marketing activities.
11. Distribution of brochures / pamphlets / promotional materials at identified establishments
12. Identify construction projects in the market through open market / direct market sourcing
13. Initial screening of the proposal getting the application from the prospect and screening using the Tab Application; Communicate in principle approval based on the customer selection criteria inbuilt in the Tab Application
14. Coordinate with the Cluster Manager for proper appraisal of the proposal, complete the pre-sanction documentation, communicate formal approval of the proposal and collect processing fee from the customer
15. Complete post-sanction documentation.
