We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team at Tracxn. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying the compelling value proposition of Tracxn's platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for winning. If you're ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you! Develop a thorough understanding of Tracxn's product, customer categories, and competitors. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound activities. Use Sales Playbook to reach out to relevant contacts in the assigned accounts by sending personalized emails. Reach out to inbound leads promptly and pitch for a demo, customizing the sales pitch according to the prospects and the situation. Engage potential clients through email and call outreach. Be responsible for closures in the assigned accounts, prepare well for demos, take feedback from peers, and handle objections raised by clients. Ensure all activities are updated in CRM. The shift time for EMEA is 12pm to 9pm. What we are looking for in a candidate: - Keen on building a long-term career in B2B Inside Sales. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to think on your feet and handle sales objections. - Respect for processes and diligence in keeping CRMs updated. - Prior experience in roles like Sales, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Sales Support, etc. is preferred but not mandatory.
