Youll be responsible for managing a sales team, creating sales strategies, and ensuring outstanding customer engagement. Along with driving numbers, youll play a key role in developing talent, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What You will do Own and deliver monthly sales targets by driving a sales team. Break down goals, monitor daily performance, and ensure accountability. Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and ongoing coaching. Enforce best practices CRM discipline, structured follow-ups, lead nurturing, and closing. Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to improve lead quality & refine strategies. Report on performance and share insights with leadership to scale processes. What Were Looking For Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets. Minimum 3 years experience in ed-tech industry. Experience managing a 7-12 member inside sales team. Strong background in B2C sales (EdTech experience is a plus). Hands-on knowledge of CRMs (LeadSquared preferred). Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Willingness to work US time zone (Night Shift).
