You are a highly motivated and skilled Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for enhancing sales and marketing efforts for FPT high-horsepower engines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in high-horsepower engines or related industrial sectors, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and foster enduring client relationships. Your role is pivotal in reinforcing the company's position as a trusted PAN India distributor in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets for FPT high-horsepower engines in the B2B market. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, industrial manufacturers, and distributors to expand the client base across India. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, leveraging insights to tailor sales and marketing strategies. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure deals while ensuring profitability. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA with a focus on Sales or Marketing is a plus. Experience: - 5-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in high-horsepower engines, Gensets, industrial machinery, marine, or heavy equipment sectors. - Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
