Sales & Marketing Manager (Events Sales)

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager 
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 3+ years (preferably from Event Sales, Arts & Entertainment, or Performing Arts sector)
Salary: 4000 to 5000 AED

This new entity focuses on events, weddings, artistic performances, and entertainment services, bringing the same international standards of creativity and professionalism that our brand is known for.
Role Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Manager  Dubai will lead our business development and marketing initiatives in the UAE, managing client relationships, generating new business, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in events, entertainment, and performing arts sales, with proven ability to build strategic partnerships and expand the client base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Lead business development initiatives in Dubai, targeting corporates, event agencies, wedding planners, and entertainment clients.
Generate, nurture, and convert sales leads through both direct and indirect channels.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including corporate events, public shows, private events, and international collaborations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and manage client follow-ups.
Expand the customer base and enhance business from existing clients.
Marketing & Client Engagement:
Design and implement marketing strategies to promote Zeniths brand, performances, and services in Dubai.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities;
Plan, execute, and manage promotional campaigns, social media activities, and collaborations with event platforms.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent pre- and post-sales experience.
Reporting & Team Management:
Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities to the management.
Mentor and guide the Dubai sales/marketing team (if applicable).
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
3+ years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in events, performing arts, or entertainment.
Strong business development and client management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
Deep understanding of the UAE events and entertainment market is a plus.
