We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic Marketing Executives who are passionate about sales, communication, and building strong connections.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote VAD’s creative education courses to prospective students.
• Generate leads through online/offline marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve admission and sales targets within deadlines.
• Conduct field visits, events, and local outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with the academic and admin team to ensure smooth admission processes.

What We Offer:

Regular Basis (Fixed + Incentive):

• Base Salary (Monthly Pay)
• Attractive Incentives on performance

Incentive-Only Basis:

• No fixed salary
• Higher incentive slabs than regular basis
• The more you achieve, the more you earn

Requirements:

• Passion for Marketing & Sales
• Good communication skills (Bengali/Hindi/English preferred)
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
• Ability to meet targets and build strong connections
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
