Key Responsibilities:
Drive field-level sales & marketing activities to boost business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients.
Identify new market opportunities and ensure effective product positioning.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit performance reports.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide market insights.
Use Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Reporting) for tracking sales and analytics.
Support promotional activities and campaigns to maximize reach.

Requirements:
Education: Any Degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years in FMCG or Automobile sector
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation & analytical skills
Male candidates preferred
Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
