About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Fresher to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Create content for social media posts, blogs, emails, and other marketing materials.
• Help organise promotional events and campaigns.
• Coordinate with external vendors for marketing collaterals and materials.
• Maintain and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
• Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
