Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM

We are a creative and fast-growing Graphic Designing & Advertisement House seeking a smart, young (below 30 years), and hardworking Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Ranaghat. This is a field+telecalling role ideal for someone who is confident, proactive, and driven by results.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients, manufacturers and traders to inform them about our services. Go and meet them and sell them our services.

* Pitch, negotiate, and close deals independently.
* Promote and sell our designing and advertising solutions to new and existing customers.* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.* Identify and pursue new market opportunities.* Deliver on monthly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

Age: Below 30 years
Must be from Nadia, preferably from Kalyani or Ranaghat or nearby areas
Excellent communication skills (Bengali, Hindi and English)Confident and passionate about sales and marketingMust be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition is preferred but not mandatory

Compensation:

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 in hand (based on experience & performance)

Package: Fixed Salary + Incentives on each closed deal

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
