Job Description

Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard new travel agents, sub-agents, and corporate accounts into the B2B network through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
Relationship Management: Maintain continuous contact with existing travel agents to ensure high retention, brand loyalty, and preferred supplier status.
Product & Package Promotion: Pitch domestic and international holiday packages, group series departures, flight consolidator deals, and custom FIT (Free Independent Traveler) itineraries to trade partners. [1, 2]
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate net rates, agent commission slabs, credit terms, and booking policies with partners while protecting company profit margins. [1, 2]
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue, active agent activation, and booking volume targets for your territory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
