Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our IT products and services. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field . Key Responsibilities: Sell IT solutions to clients and generate new business opportunities Conduct product presentations, demos, and client follow-ups Plan and support marketing campaigns (online and offline) Build strong customer relationships and manage the sales pipeline Meet monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field 2+ years of experience in IT sales/marketing Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills Knowledge of IT/software products or services is preferred Familiar with CRM tools and basic digital marketing Benefits: Competitive salary + performance incentives Career growth in a fast-paced IT environment Exposure to innovative technologies and enterprise clients Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,352.60 - ₹27,652.62 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
