We are expanding our sales team to strengthen our presence in both B2B and B2C segments and are looking for a dynamic Sales Agent cum Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B clients (wholesalers, retailers, distributors) as well as handle B2C sales (individual buyers, online platforms, exhibitions, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Understand customer needs and offer customized product solutions accordingly. Prepare and present product catalogues, quotations, and follow-ups for order closures. Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) for smooth order execution. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the textile sector. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the textile or related industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales strategies and processes. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Willingness to travel as required.
