Sales Executive - Agarbatti & Pooja Items Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Salary: Competitive, with good incentives (e.g., ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience) Are you a go-getter with a knack for sales? We're looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team and boost the sales of our popular Agarbatti (incense sticks) and Pooja (worship) products across Bengaluru! What You'll Do: Hit Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed your monthly sales goals for agarbatti and pooja items. Find New Customers: Identify and bring in new shops, distributors, and retailers (like kirana stores, religious shops, supermarkets) to sell our products. Grow Business: Increase sales from existing customers by building strong relationships and ensuring they always have stock. Visit Markets: Regularly visit retail outlets in your assigned area to check product display, manage stock, and gather feedback. Build Relationships: Be the friendly face of our company, ensuring customers are happy and loyal. Report Sales: Keep track of your sales and report them regularly to your manager. What We're Looking For: Experience: 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG, religious products, or related industries. Sales Skills: A proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals. Local Knowledge: Good understanding of the Bengaluru market and retail landscape. Communication: Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English(Optional). Go-Getter Attitude: You're self-motivated, target-driven, and enjoy meeting new people. Travel: Willingness to travel daily within Bengaluru for sales visits.
