Sales & Marketing Executive – Lead-Based Work

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
• Approach clients and explain products/services effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare daily reports on lead progress and client interactions.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with the team for strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate can apply.
• 1+ years of experience in sales or lead-based work (BFSI or insurance preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a field sales environment.
