Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Engineer at the Manufacturing Company, your role involves managing the existing business, identifying new markets, expanding the product range, and focusing on growth. You will be responsible for the expansion of the dealer network and interfacing with clients to suggest the most viable product range. Cultivating relationships with clients to secure repeat business and responding to customer queries related to quality, cost, and delivery will be part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Keeping records for money recovery from customers and making follow-ups for recovery. - Filling Request For Information (RFI) received from customers. - Understanding the Request for Quotation (RFQ) received from customers. - Preparing Techno-Commercial offers against the RFQ received from customers. - Establishing quantity and value sales goals for each territory to meet company sales growth expectations. - Supporting new customers during their start-up period, including training, sales direction, and familiarization with company processes and strategies.
