Job Description

Responsible for direct sales as well as marketing of motors through existing and to be developed new network.
Develop plan for the target customer based on an understanding of clients specific needs developed through clients specific research and interaction.
Monitor and discuss achievements of plans on monthly basis and revise it if required
Prepare Quotation, Technical Specification for orders
Support product development team for visiting customers.
Ensure adequate response time to customer queries.
Keep abreast with developments in the industry in terms of emerging trends, competitor information, market share and project execution capabilities
Identify new regions and potential clients to drive the business.
Co-ordinate with other divisions. [QA, Plant, testing]
Strong oral and written communication skills
Should have knowledge of IS/IEC Standard Specification.
Experience in motor field will be advantage
A high Energy, Self-motivated, Results oriented individual
Strong Technical, communication and inter-personnel capabilities

Candidate Profile*

Male Candidate
Tech /B.E. /Diploma Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Experience in manufacturing Industry, Motors preferable.
