Sales & Marketing Associate

• Identify and engage prospective schools, academic institutions, activity centers, retail stores for STEMWORLD product promotion.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct field visits to demonstrate product features and benefits directly to school administrators, academic coordinators, teachers, and other key stakeholders.
• Organize and lead interactive demonstrations of STEM products.
• Collaborate with schools for STEM lab setups, workshops, events, and training programs to create ongoing business opportunities.
• Represent STEMWORLD at educational fairs, STEM expos, and community events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Tailor presentations to the unique needs of each institution, highlighting how our products support curriculum and enhance learning.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with educators, academic leaders, and decision-makers.
• Develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
• Assist in gathering market intelligence and feedback to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
