Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented SaaS Sales Manager to drive B2B software sales, acquire new customers, grow recurring revenue, and lead the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate new business opportunities and acquire B2B clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct product demos, client meetings, and commercial negotiations.
Drive subscription sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team.
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM activities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills

5–8 years of experience in B2B/SaaS sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in team handling and business development.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of SaaS business models, MRR, and ARR.
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Key Performance Metrics

Revenue and MRR/ARR growth.
New customer acquisition.
Sales conversion rate.
Pipeline management.
Team target achievement.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
