Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, develop new business opportunities, manage key clients, and drive revenue growth in the printing ink industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Lead, manage and motivate the field sales and telecalling teams.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial terms with customers.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.

· Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

· Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance reviews.

· Ensure achievement of revenue and collection targets.

Product Knowledge

The candidate should have knowledge of:

• Flexographic Printing Inks (Flexo Inks).
• Screen Printing Inks.
• Commercial Printing Inks.
• Other industrial and packaging printing ink solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

· 4–7 years of relevant sales experience, with mandatory prior experience in the printing ink manufacturing industry.

· Must have hands-on experience in selling printing inks, particularly Flexographic Inks, Screen Printing Inks, Commercial Printing Inks or other industrial printing ink products.

· Candidates from other industries without direct printing ink sales experience will not be considered.

· Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

· Experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.

· Good understanding of B2B sales, client management and the printing ink market.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
