About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business development and generate sales for our elevator products and services across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Identify new residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Promote new elevator installations, modernization, AMC, CMC, repair, and spare parts services.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and regular follow-ups.
• Prepare techno-commercial quotations, negotiate, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical, design, installation, service, and accounts teams.
• Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and sales pipelines.
• Support payment collection and develop long-term customer relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• Good experience in field sales and business development.
• Strong client-handling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of project sales and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel across assigned Mumbai territories.
