Sales Manager (Tractor Sales)

The role of Area Sales Manager-Tractor Sales involves assisting the State Head in implementing the state-wide marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include interacting with parties interested in acquiring a dealership, monitoring and planning inventory of existing dealerships, providing training to dealers" sales teams on product installation, pre-delivery inspection, sales pitch, and demonstration strategy. You will also be responsible for generating awareness about the AGRI KING brand through product demonstrations, planning and implementing advertising and promotion activities, communicating technical issues to the After Sales and R&D teams, coordinating retail financing with local offices of NBFCs and Banks, as well as liaising for RTO clearances, subsidies, tenders, etc. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Tractor/Rural Marketing/Retail Finance, with basic computer proficiency in Email, Word, and Excel. A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, along with assembly and servicing knowledge, would be preferred. Additionally, having rural contacts for dealership creation and customer acquisition, as well as the ability to travel extensively, will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start date. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person. Experience in Tractor Sales for at least 3 years is required for this role.,
