Sales Manager

As a Retail Showroom Sales Manager at The Maark Trendz, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales targets, and managing showroom operations effectively. With a focus on interior design and furniture, you will be part of a team dedicated to transforming spaces into stunning showcases of style and functionality. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Relations:** Engage with both existing and new clients, understand their design requirements, and present products and design solutions effectively. - **Sales & Business Development:** Organize sales visits, identify new business opportunities, and ensure successful negotiation and closure of deals. - **Showroom Management:** Conduct showroom tours, familiarize clients with product offerings, and provide personalized recommendations. - **Design & Presentation:** Collaborate with internal design coordinators to ensure effective designs are generated and presented to clients. - **Target Achievement:** Plan, strategize, and lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. - **Reporting:** Prepare and present End-of-Day (EOD) reports and monthly sales reports to the management. - **Site Coordination:** Interact with site coordinators to ensure sites are ready for installations. - **Networking:** Build the brand with architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders. - **Leadership:** Implement effective systems and processes, motivate the sales team, and drive overall team performance. **Qualifications:** - 4+ years of relevant experience in the Interior/Furniture industry. - Graduation/Post Graduation in a relevant field preferred, Candidates with Relevant Experience can also Apply. - Strong communication skills in English and the local language, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
