Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented Sales Managers to join our Luxury Residential & Commercial Real Estate team in Kharadi, Pune.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market in East and South Pune, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage high-value property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of luxury residential and commercial real estate projects across Pune.
• Manage client enquiries, conduct meetings, arrange site visits, negotiate, and close transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, developers, and channel partners.
• Promote new project launches and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate referral business through existing clients and professional networks.
• Provide professional property consultation based on client requirements and investment objectives.
• Maintain updated knowledge of project inventory, pricing, developer offerings, and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners for smooth transaction closures.
• Participate in promotional activities, project launches, exhibitions, and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, client follow-ups, site visit reports, and sales pipelines.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably luxury residential or commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of ongoing and upcoming projects in East and South Pune, including Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Hadapsar, Magarpatta, NIBM, Mohammadwadi, and surrounding locations.
• Proven experience in client handling, negotiation, and sales closures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to interact confidently with HNI/UHNI clientele.
• Strong networking abilities and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Graduation required; MBA or relevant qualifications preferred.
• Existing developer and channel partner relationships will be an added advantage.
