Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with 6–10 years of experience in IT product and solution sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling software products, SAP, ERP, CRM, SaaS, and other IT solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Drive sales of IT products and solutions, including Software, SAP, ERP, CRM, and SaaS.
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
• Proven experience in selling IT products, software, and technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP, ERP, CRM, SaaS, and business software solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and deal-closing abilities.
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
