Sales Manager - Real Estate

To drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, building strong customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve organizational objectives.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and market segments.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, proposals, and customer requirements.
• Track outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance team for timely collection.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
