1. Lead and supervise a team of travel agents, providing direction, guidance, and support.
2. Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.3. Train new team members on booking systems & company processes.4. Handle escalated customer inquiries & complaints, ensuring timely resolution.5. Guest Handling.6. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet team targets & revenue goals.7. Conduct regular performance evaluations & provide constructive feedback to team.8. Maintain positive & collaborative team environment, encouraging for teamwork.9. Stay updated on industry trends, travel products & destination information to provide accurate advice and recommendations.10. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to optimize processes & improve customer experience.
