Job Description: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales through lead generation, building client relationships, and closing deals to achieve the companys revenue targets. The role demands proactive engagement with potential clients, market research, and close coordination with internal teams to meet customer requirements. This position plays a critical role in expanding the company’s customer base and improving market presence. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads through proactive networking and outreach. Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to potential clients. Deal Closing: Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and report regularly to the sales manager. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Market Research: Analyze market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly. Criteria: Soft Skills: ○ Excellent Communication: Ability to articulate value propositions and engage clients in a compelling manner. ○ Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating deals to achieve favorable terms. ○ Client Focused: Strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to build long-term relationships. ○ Result-Oriented: High level of motivation and self-discipline to achieve sales targets. ○ Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate client challenges and offer creative solutions. ○ Time Management: Efficiently prioritize and manage multiple client engagements. Education: ○ Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. ○ Any additional certifications in sales, CRM, or industry-relevant topics are a plus. Skillset: ○ Experience: 1-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the furniture or interior design industry. ○ Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to manage client data and sales pipelines. ○ Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles, pricing strategies, and client engagement tactics. ○ Analytical Ability: Capable of analyzing sales trends, client behaviors, and performance metrics to improve strategies. ○ Presentation Skills: Confident in delivering product demos and pitching to clients.
