Sales Manager Jewellery Division

As a Sales Manager in the Jewellery Division, you will be responsible for presenting products and providing detailed information to customers regarding product features, benefits, and availability. Your role will involve promptly responding to customer needs, assigning sales workers to duties, and preparing work schedules. Your main objectives will include achieving personal and team sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, and monitoring sales activities to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to assign employees specific duties, supervise sales and inventory-related tasks, and guide staff on handling complex sales situations. To qualify for this position, you must have 8-15 years of retail sales experience, ideally at a Supervisor or Manager level. Previous experience in fashion, luxury retail, or jewellery is preferred. Excellent communication skills are essential, and you should be willing to work flexible schedules, including days, weekends, and holidays.
