Sales Manager (IT Hardware)

In the role of Sales Manager for IT Hardware, you will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies and nurturing client relationships within the technology sector. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will utilize your expertise in computer networking and IT to identify business opportunities and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA degree or any other graduate qualification. Your responsibilities will include generating new business, selling Data Center Infrastructure solutions and products, with 1-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure and Data Center products being preferable. You will be expected to create new accounts, stay updated on product knowledge, and achieve set targets. Experience in handling key accounts, building relationships, and account mapping will be essential. Customer satisfaction across sales, services, deliveries, and more will be a key focus. You should have an excellent track record with both customers and vendors, possess a strong understanding of technology positioning, and excel in communication. As a forward-thinking leader, your role will involve implementing defined marketing strategies to achieve targeted sales and increase market share. Developing and maintaining close relationships with customers is crucial, and you should be able to work effectively in a team with a proactive mindset. Key knowledge, skills, and attributes required include a good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, data centers, security, and related areas.
