Sales Manager - Insurance Bancassurance

Role Overview: As an Insurance Sales Executive, your primary role will be to drive insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches. You will be responsible for coordinating between the Bank and the company, starting from lead generation to policy conversion. Your duties will also include following up with the Operations of Banks and building mutually beneficial relationships with the Bank to help in the acquisition of clients. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze customer requirements to pitch products effectively - Handle objections and grievances, providing timely solutions - Guide and mentor new team members on deliverables and company values Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales preferred Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedule.
