Sales Manager (Home Loan)

As a Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager at the renowned housing finance company, your role will involve attending to walk-ins at branches and visiting clients at their place. You will be responsible for executing branding and marketing activities in the catchment area. Your duties will include spearheading documentation, front-end interaction, field travel, customer interface, recommending suitable home loan products, and showcasing their benefits. Additionally, you will have regular interactions with customers through group meetings, site promotions, office meetings, and presentations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating leads in catchment areas through branding and marketing activities - Meeting with clients, advising them on company products, and showcasing their benefits - Handling sales fulfillment and pre/post-sanction sales activities - Updating and maintaining marketing and sales collaterals - Conducting promotional activities such as group meetings, presentations, and developer site promotions - Ensuring front-end interaction, field travel, and customer interface - Attending to walk-ins at branches and visiting clients at their place - Spearheading documentation - Ensuring fresh bounce collections Qualifications required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in selling loans, preferably Home Loans - Must have experience earning incentives in the current organization - Preferably from BFSI/NBFC background This full-time position offers health insurance benefits and follows a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in Home Loan Sales and Loan Against Property/LAP Sales. The work location is in-person.,
