Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining client relationships, analyzing sales data, and providing regular reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and market trends. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, including developing and implementing sales strategies. Strong leadership skills, including team management and mentoring capabilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in analyzing sales data and making informed decisions based on insights. Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams to align sales and promotional activities. Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
