Your key responsibilities include: - Driving student admissions and meeting enrolment targets. - Building a solid sales team and managing sales targets. - Developing and executing marketing & sales strategies. - Handling inquiries, counselling, and closing admissions. - Maintaining accurate records of leads, conversions, and revenue projections, and presenting regular reports to management. - Working closely with marketing, operations, and faculty teams to align sales goals with institutional objectives. - Ensuring seamless and professional communication with all prospects, maintaining AP's reputation as India's premier acting school. - Bringing innovation by suggesting new initiatives for student outreach, partnerships, and collaborations to strengthen AP's admission pipeline. To be successful in this role, you are required to have: - A Graduate/Postgraduate degree with 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education/training/media sector. - A proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Strong networking and communication skills.
